1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LexLearn Academy ("the Platform"), operated by Lexcodeit Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LexLearn Academy is a live, cohort-based technical education platform offering structured programs in software engineering and business operations. Access to the platform is subject to a completed application process, payment of applicable fees, and acceptance into a cohort.

3. Application and Enrollment

A non-refundable application fee of ₦5,000 is required to access the diagnostic exam. Payment of this fee does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to the outcome of the diagnostic exam and interview process at the sole discretion of LexLearn Academy.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All tuition payments are made in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment plans are available as outlined on the track pages. A ₦10,000 admin fee applies per installment beyond the first. Tuition fees are non-refundable once a cohort has commenced. A 48-hour grace period applies after each installment due date, after which access to classes and the student portal may be suspended.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at talk@lexlearnacademy.com of any unauthorized use of your account. LexLearn Academy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, session recordings, assessments, and platform content are the intellectual property of Lexcodeit Technologies. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent. Projects built by students during the program remain the property of the respective student.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions on the platform and in live sessions. LexLearn Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any student who engages in disruptive, abusive, or dishonest behaviour — including but not limited to exam misconduct, harassment, or sharing of assessment answers.

8. Limitation of Liability

LexLearn Academy does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome upon completion of a program. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lexcodeit Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
